Thinking beyond my 2BHK: Cosmic Cruise studio investment?
Did a site visit to Cosmic Cruise Studio Apartments last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK and looking at investment options. Completed project hai, toh possession ka tension nahi. But kya yahan rental yield sahi mein Rs 10-12k milega, jaise brokers bol rahe? Aur resale market kitni liquid hai? Koi investor hai yahan jisne yahan se exit kiya ho? Matlab, exit strategy kya hai 5 saal baad?

Bhai, 10-12k rental yield for a studio in that price range (₹31-45L) sounds too good to be true. Brokers always inflate numbers. Have you checked actual rental listings in that area? I'm also a first-time investor, and that's my biggest fear - getting stuck with low rentals.
Exactly! I checked on 99acres for similar studios near Alpha I Greater Noida, and most are quoting 7-8k max. 10-12
