Thinking beyond my 2BHK: Cosmic Cruise studio investment?

Did a site visit to Cosmic Cruise Studio Apartments last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK and looking at investment options. Completed project hai, toh possession ka tension nahi. But kya yahan rental yield sahi mein Rs 10-12k milega, jaise brokers bol rahe? Aur resale market kitni liquid hai? Koi investor hai yahan jisne yahan se exit kiya ho? Matlab, exit strategy kya hai 5 saal baad?
