Thinking of a 3BHK in Kalyani Nagar, but confused by brokers
Okay I'll be honest — upgrading from my 2BHK in Pimple Saudagar to a 3BHK in Kalyani Nagar is turning out to be more complicated than I thought. I'm looking at places like Samrttha Landmark, and the sticker price is just the beginning, ya know? I'm already in a home loan, so every extra lakh matters for this 3BHK. Is the price jump worth it? Honestly not sure yet. What I'm really trying to figure out is the broker situation. I've talked to a few, and they all promise great deals, but then the builder directly says something else. Is it actually smarter to go through a broker for better terms, or does going direct get you a better price or more flexibility? Has anyone had a good experience negotiating directly with builders in Pune for a 3BHK? Or do brokers actually have some leverage we don't? Any tips to avoid getting caught in a broker trap?
