Is upgrading from a 2BHK to a 3BHK in Ghaziabad actually worth the price jump right now? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Vaishali, happy with it, but family needs are growing. Looking at 3BHKs in Indirapuram or even Crossings Republik, prices are hitting ₹90L-₹1.2Cr for decent units. That's a huge leap from my current EMI, honestly not sure if it's justified. I'm seeing a lot of talk about the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Hindon Airport pushing prices. Does that really translate into solid appreciation for an upgrade? Or are these just builder-driven hype? Thinking about Shipra or Gulshan Homz projects. How long should one hold a 3BHK to see good gains here? What's the real story with maintenance in these newer, bigger societies?

Yaar, I think it's a good move long-term. Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Hindon Airport will definitely push prices up.
Bhai, exactly my thoughts! ₹90L-₹1.2Cr for a 3BHK in Ghaziabad sounds insane right now. Meri bhi family badh rahi hai, but yeh prices dekh ke toh darr lagta hai. Sach mein, builder hype lag raha hai zyada.
Dekho, price jump toh hai, but you have to be smart. Shipra Suncity mein older 3BHKs compared to Gulshan Homz ke naye projects might be a better deal if budget is tight. Quality mein bhi farak hota hai. Plus, maintenance charges new societies ke bahut high hote hain, usko bhi factor in karna padega. Kya aapne smaller 3BHKs bhi dekhe hain, like 1400-1500 sqft?
Sahi keh rahe ho bhai. Main bhi Abhay Khand mein dekh raha tha 3BHK, same story.
