Thinking of HUDA Smayan Society: Is the livability real?

Okay I'll be honest — HUDA Smayan Society looks good on paper, but I need a ground reality check. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 56 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. Already have a home loan, so this decision is huge. Is it genuinely good for daily living? Matlab, society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai ya thoda isolated feel hota hai? Schools aur markets kitne paas hain? Not sure if the price jump is really worth it for the actual experience.
