Thinking of upgrading in Noida - is the price jump worth it?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe even a villa. I'm confused between two builders: Godrej and ATS. Godrej seems to have better amenities, but ATS ka construction quality is supposedly better, right? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Godrej's PLC charges seem a bit high, tbh. ATS mein, I've heard some stories about possession delays. Is the extra premium for Godrej really worth it, considering the hidden charges? Or should I stick with ATS and hope for timely possession? What does the community think? Which one would you pick and why?
