Thinking of upgrading my 2BHK on CPR — worth the premium?

Central Peripheral Road — I'm eyeing some 2BHK projects here, budget around ₹80L-1.5Cr. Currently in a smaller 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. For this price, is the jump worth it? Like, Elan The Presidential ya M3M Capital mein kya deal sahi hai? Connectivity toh acchi hai, but builder ka track record aur OC ka kya scene hai? Already have a home loan. Any recent buyers in this range? Your experiences kya hain?
