Bhai, plots mein invest karne se pehle bahut research karna. Mera ek friend ne Achchheja mein ek plot liya tha 3 saal pehle, bola tha double ho jayega. Aaj tak buyer nahi mil raha, aur jo mil rahe hain woh half price bol rahe hain. YPS ka completion toh ho gaya hai, but resale market kaafi tough ho sakta hai, especially for plots. Builder ka support bhi dekhna padta hai exit ke time, which is usually zero.
