Plumbing check toh theek hai, but Vamana Riseonic ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. ₹3.2 Cr se ₹5 Cr tak, itna high price for an UPCOMING project with possession in 2031? Bhai, tab tak toh inflation aur interest rates pata nahi kahan pahunch jayenge. Is it even worth considering for first-time buyers like us?
