Thoughts on Ace Aqua Casa, Noida Extension? Video made it look good.
Has anyone looked into Ace Aqua Casa in Noida Extension? I just saw a video about their 2/3 BHK under-construction flats in Sector 16C, 1055-1450 sqft. It talked up luxury living and great connectivity near metro, hospitals, and malls. I'm personally considering Noida projects and this one caught my eye. What's the general vibe or any real experiences with Ace Aqua Casa or even Ace Group projects? Is it worth checking out?

Vibe toh theek hai, but actual ground reality kya hai? Kisi ne site visit kiya hai? What's the current per sqft rate they are quoting for the 2BHKs? Aur RERA registration details aur expected possession date kya hai, verbally nahi, on paper?
RERA ID toh mil jaati hai, but builder ke commitments pe kitna bharosa karein? Pehle bhi kai projects mein dates extend kiye hain. Check their past project completion records carefully, especially for projects in similar price segments. RERA sometimes just gives a false sense of security.
6500 is a bit high for Noida Extension for an under-construction project, no? What's the exact RERA ID, so we can check the official progress?
Maine last month enquire kiya tha, they were quoting around 6000-6500 per sqft for Aqua Casa, depending on the floor and view. Plus extra charges, of course. RERA number toh hai, but possession date is still 2026-end, which seems a bit far for a project that's been in news for a while.

Sahi keh rahe ho bhai. Mere cousin ne bhi ek Ace project mein invest kiya tha Alistonia Estate ke paas, aur usko 2 saal late possession mila. Quality bhi average hi thi. Aqua Casa ka bhi same haal na ho jaaye, toh bahut dikkat ho jayegi hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye.
