Three properties down, this next one feels trickier

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. Investment Hotspots mein entry point kya sahi hai abhi, ya thoda wait karna chahiye? From my experience, current yields are decent but capital appreciation seems a bit stretched. I'm eyeing a 2BHK around 75L. Should I buy now expecting infra growth, or wait for a dip for a better ROI? Community, what's your take on its long-term investment potential?

Bhai, agar 75L ka budget hai aur 2BHK dekh rahe ho toh I'd say go for it! Infra growth toh pakka hai, especially around the new expressways. Waiting game mein toh aur prices badh jaate hain. FOMO is real, yaar!

Totally agree with this! Market sentiments positive hain, and if you wait, you might miss out on a good entry point. Plus, interest rates might go up later, making EMIs heavier.
