THV Heritage Heights investors: What's your exit strategy?
Since last year, I've been assessing the actual performance of completed projects in Greater Noida for investment. I bought a unit in THV Heritage Heights, expecting a decent rental yield and good resale liquidity. Honestly, the rental market here feels quite soft; I'm barely getting ₹18,000 for a 2BHK, which is less than my initial projections. The advertised capital appreciation seems theoretical when you look at actual resale offers. I'm finding the secondary market quite slow, and buyers are very price-sensitive. Is anyone else invested in THV Heritage Heights experiencing similar challenges with rental income or finding it difficult to find serious buyers? What are your thoughts on exit strategies for this project in the next 3-5 years?
