Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on total cost calculation for New Delhi. From my experience, base price toh bas starting point hai. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Tilak Nagar, Green Pike Builders ka project. They quoted around ₹2.1 Cr. But yaar, add stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC… suddenly it's ₹2.4 Cr+. My last deal, total cost was almost 20% higher than base. Brokers bol rahe hain ki no room for negotiation on these extras. Is it still possible to negotiate hard on the all-in cost, not just the per sqft rate? Yaar, is this the new normal for Delhi properties?
