Timing my first home buy in Gurgaon
Been paying rent in Gurgaon for almost 5 years now, and honestly, I'm fed up. Landlord increased rent again, so finally thinking of taking the plunge and buying my own flat. My budget is around ₹2-2.5 Cr for a 3BHK. I'm looking at places mainly around Dwarka Expressway and Golf Course Extension. Builders like M3M or Emaar ke projects dekh raha hoon. But I'm seriously wondering, is Gurgaon still a good investment or has the market peaked? Prices seem insane, yaar. Kya abhi bhi entry point sahi hai for capital appreciation? Ya phir, should I wait a bit? Will the upcoming Global City and Dwarka Expressway completion push prices even higher, or will it stabilize? Not sure if this is the right time to buy. Any thoughts or experiences on ROI for these areas? Bahut confusion hai.
