Timing my first home purchase in GZB

Siddharth Vihar — been looking at properties here for months. Honestly, fed up of renting yaar, landlord ne phir rent badha diya, it's just not sustainable. Finally taking the plunge, but I'm really confused if it's the right time to buy in Ghaziabad. RRTS aur EPE ka kaam chal raha hai, Hindon Airport bhi hai nearby. Everyone's saying prices will go up because of these infra projects, but how much more will they climb? I've seen some Ramprastha Group projects, they look decent. Is it worth buying now, or will waiting just mean higher prices later? My budget is around ₹70-85L for a 2BHK. EMI vs rent math is always on my mind. Should I jump in now, or will prices correct after the initial hype? What's the real ground reality?
