Timing your Noida investment: Have prices peaked?

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150. Honestly, fed up of renting; my landlord just raised rent again. I'm eyeing a 2BHK around ₹80-90L. Question is, is Noida still a good investment for 2026-27? With Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway, I'm hoping for good appreciation. Should I hold off or jump in now? What's the real market sentiment, especially for end-users like me?
