Price already seems fixed and not much room for growth, ya know? I mean, 31-44L range for a completed project sounds good on paper, but what's the *real* rental yield people are getting? Brochure mein toh sab acha lagta hai. Is the resale market liquid enough for a quick exit in 3-5 years, or will it be a ghost town of investor-owned properties?
