Titanium SPR: Is the hype real for daily living?
Did a site visit to Signature Global Titanium SPR yesterday. Currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a bigger 3BHK there. The price jump is huge, honestly not sure if it's justified. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just looks good on paper? What about the apartment layouts and actual carpet area efficiency? Any current residents can share their experience on the neighborhood quality, like schools or markets nearby? Trying to figure out if the premium is worth it for a family.

Honestly, Signature Global ka track record mixed hai. Kuch projects time pe diye hain, kuch mein delays bhi hue hain. For such a high price range (5.0 Cr to 6.8 Cr), I'd expect absolute certainty. Plus, 613 units are a lot, imagine the density and traffic once it's fully occupied. Gurugram mein roads already choked hain.
Neighborhood quality is a valid point. For families, schools and markets are essential. SPR is still developing, especially beyond the main stretch. Are there good schools within a 5-10 km radius that are already operational? Or will we have to wait for those too?
I agree with the original post, is the hype real? I'm looking for a 3BHK too and the carpet area efficiency is crucial. Some new projects just have huge common areas but small usable space. Did anyone get the actual carpet area numbers for Titanium SPR? Yaar, sirf brochure dekh ke toh samajh nahi aata.
Thanks for the RERA number! I'll check it out. But even with the official numbers, sometimes the layout feels cramped. I'm worried about the 'practicality' aspect U1 mentioned. Like, will my furniture even fit properly? Does anyone have insights on the actual livability?
Maine RERA website pe check kiya tha, RERA number GGM/831/563/2024/58 hai. Wahan pe detailed layout plans aur carpet area mil jayega. Always trust RERA data over what brokers tell you. It's the only reliable source for carpet area, bhai.
Haan, carpet area is a big concern. I heard from a broker that their 3BHKs start around 1900 sqft super area, but the carpet area is barely 1100-1200 sqft. That's a lot of loading. You should definitely push for the exact RERA carpet area, it's your right.
Bhai, Titanium SPR ka price toh out of budget lag raha hai. Maine bhi dekha tha, 5 Cr se shuru ho raha hai. Is it really worth that much for a first-time buyer? I mean, 2031 tak possession hai, it's such a long wait.
Dekho, SPR mein prices high hain, that's a given. But if you compare it to other projects in the Airport Road extension area, it's somewhat competitive for the segment they are targeting. Still, 5 Cr for a first home is a stretch for most of us, especially with the long wait.
Exactly! The possession date of 2031-05-01 is a big red flag for me. It's almost 7 years from now. So much can change in that time, and the builder might delay it even further. Plus, the prices are already so high.
