Title issues nobody warned me about post-possession in Mohali
Not gonna lie, I'm really regretting not checking some things properly before buying. Just moved into my 3BHK in Mohali, near Sector 82, and yaar, the legal drama is real. Thought I did my due diligence on the builder, AS Estate, but now post-possession, title clarity pe doubt ho raha hai. Things nobody told me about the builder-buyer agreement ke hidden clauses. Lagta hai sab builder ke favour mein hi the. Aur RERA ka kya scene hai? Agar builder ne documents mein gadbad ki hai, toh RERA mein complaint karna effective hai ya bas paper pe hi hai? Has anyone here faced issues with title verification after getting possession in Mohali? What steps did you take? Matlab, is there any real recourse against builders jo initial promises se deviate karte hain? Need advice on what to do next.

Yaar, this post hit home so hard! I'm also looking in Mohali, and the whole RERA thing feels like a maze. Builder AS Estate, you said? Never even heard of them. This is exactly my fear, ke possession ke baad asli problems shuru hongi. Kya karein, kispe trust karein?
