Today Kings Park ka resale potential overhyped lagta hai. ₹50L+ mein, capital appreciation kahan hai? Already 2BHK hai, not sure if this premium justifies the investment. Investors, change my mind.

I checked Today Kings Park too. It's listed as COMPLETED with RERA number UPRERAPRJ3149 and possession from June 2021. But my agent told me current market rates for similar projects in the area haven't moved much since then. What's the real ground reality there?
