Tony KP Builder Floors ki construction quality aur amenities ka real scene kya hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Vasant Kunj, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Brochure mein toh sab kuch best lagta hai, but actual delivery aur finish mein kitna difference hota hai? Especially clubhouse aur gym, woh sirf showpiece hain ya genuinely usable? Maintenance charges kitne hain aur kya service worth it lagti hai? Is the price jump worth it for these promised features? Already have a home loan, so har cheez check karni hai.

Bhai, Tony KP mein 'Completed' likha hai but possession date 2026 March ki hai? Yeh kya scene hai? Aur sabse bada red flag, RERA number "Not Applicable" dikha raha hai. Iska matlab kya hai? Bina RERA ke toh booking karna risky nahi hoga kya? I'm also looking for a 3BHK and this project looked decent initially.
