Property prices in Top Builders area shot up almost 20% last year. My wife aur main ek 3BHK dekh rahe hain for the kids, safety aur school paas ho. Pehle rates theek lag rahe the, ab bahut high lagte hain. Is it worth buying now? Ya wait karna chahiye? Not sure if prices will correct ya aur upar jayenge. Aap logon ka kya experience hai wahan? Should I stretch my budget or hold off? Kids ke school admission ka bhi tension hai.

Bhai, same situation here! We've been looking in that 'Top Builders area' too for almost a year now. The prices have gone absolutely crazy. I remember Ansal API launched some plots near New Chandigarh a few years back, and everyone said it was overpriced then. Now look! My in-laws keep telling me to wait, but kids ke school admissions ka pressure alag hai. Lagta hai abhi nahi liya toh aur mehnga ho jayega. It's so confusing, yaar.
