Top Builders corridor: Empty nester's dilemma, real experiences needed

Resale of our current property is almost done, so now I'm seriously looking for a smaller, manageable 2BHK flat in Noida. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. Everyone points to the 'Top Builders' corridor. I've seen a few 3BHK options there, around ₹1.2 Cr, but maintenance charges seem high for a 2BHK conversion. Kya actual mein society life wahaan achi hai? I need a good society with proper elevators and close to a hospital. Broker bol raha hai convenience bahut hai, but what's the ground reality? Commute time, noise levels... are there any hidden issues with older societies there? Yaar, brochures toh sab achha dikhate hain, but I'm worried about the daily grind. Any experienced residents who can share pros/cons beyond the sales pitch? Is it really worth the premium for an empty nester like me?
