Top Builders corridor – from my experience, the brochures always oversell. I'm looking at a couple of spots, maybe near Sector 62 or further down towards Sector 65. ROI numbers look great, but what's the ground reality? Daily commute ka kya haal hai? Is the infrastructure actually solid, ya bas plan mein hai? I've seen this pattern before; good projects but connectivity issues. Should I consider ready-to-move for immediate use, ya phir under-construction mein future potential hai? What does the community think? Your honest pros and cons for living there.

I was also looking at Sector 62, the brochures show amazing amenities and future development. My agent said it's a goldmine, future prospect bahut strong hai. But the OP is right, infrastructure development is key.
Yaar, ye Top Builders corridor ki hype kuch zyada hi lagti hai. ROI numbers toh print mein ache lagte hain, but ground pe kya hai? Connectivity ka issue toh pakka hoga. Especially around Sector 62, I hear traffic is a nightmare.
