Top Builders corridor: Still a smart investment?

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm looking for my first 2BHK in Greater Noida. Everyone talks about the 'Top Builders' corridor. But is it still undervalued for investment, ya fir it has peaked already? Which projects/sectors wahan abhi bhi value dete hain? Genuine advice needed.

Bhai, pehle toh same feeling! Ye 'Top Builders' corridor wali baat sunte sunte kaan pak gaye hain. Jab dekho tab hype hi rehta hai. Mujhe toh lagta hai already peak pe hai, especially with current market conditions. Value abhi bhi mil jaati hai kya sach mein?
