Looking for a 3BHK in the Top Builders corridor, budget around ₹80L-1.5Cr. Everyone glorifies the big names there, but those prices feel insane for the actual carpet area you get. Okay, I'll say what nobody says: I think some of the slightly lesser-known projects might offer way better value. Am I wrong? Which specific projects, for a 3BHK, actually make sense here?
