Top Builders projects: Hidden risks nobody talks about?

₹2.5 crore for a 3BHK on Top Builders? Honestly, I'm not sure if it's worth it. Everyone glorifies this corridor, but nobody talks about the hidden risks. I'm currently in a 2BHK in South Delhi, thinking of upgrading, and already have a home loan. Builder ka track record dekho toh, delivery delays common hain, aur post-possession issues bhi sunne mein aate hain. Sometimes the premium for these 'Top Builders' projects feels like it's just for the name, not for actual quality or peace of mind. Construction quality mein bhi compromises hote hain, especially in the rush to deliver. Yaar, maintenance charges bhi sky-high hote hain baad mein. Is it just me, or are we paying extra for potential headaches? Disagree? Tell me why.
