Top Builders societies: What's the real ground situation?

Just moved into my new flat in the 'Top Builders' area about two months ago, possession March mein mili thi. Honestly, things nobody told me about daily life here. Commute on Golf Course Road Extension is much slower than I expected, especially during peak hours. Water pressure bhi high floors pe kaafi up-down hota hai, aur construction noise din bhar chalti rehti hai. Brochure mein sab sahi lagta hai, but ground reality thodi different hai. I'm wondering if other societies in nearby sectors, like maybe Sector 65 or 66, have similar infrastructure issues or if it's better managed there? Yaar, sometimes lagta hai kaash thoda aur research kar leta. What's your first-hand experience living in this 'Top Builders' corridor? Should I expect these minor issues everywhere in Gurgaon, ya kuch societies kaafi better hain for daily living?
