₹29.40 L for a completed unit in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone sounds okay, but actual *total cost* is key for me. I'm currently in a 2BHK and looking to upgrade. I've heard you can sometimes negotiate stamp duty or registration fees differently through secondary market brokers for older, completed projects. Builder toh discount nahi dega. Any specific tips for Rajkot? This is for investment, so every rupee matters for ROI. Also, what's the resale market like here? Is it liquid enough for a 5-7 year exit strategy?
