Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! My budget is also in the ₹80L-1Cr range for a 2BHK in Greater Noida West, and every site visit is a shocker. They advertise one price, then the actual cost sheet looks like an alien language with all the PLC, EDC, IFMS, club fees, and what not. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
