₹45k rent every month is just burning a hole, so I'm finally looking at Trehan Luxury Floors 71. Price is around ₹2.17 Cr. What's the real capital appreciation been like since launch? And for investors, what kind of rental yield can one actually expect here? I'm worried about delivery delays too; does Trehan have a good track record?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which project in Gurugram to put my money. I'm looking at Trehan Luxury Floors 71 in Sector 71 and also Ivory Court 4. Trehan is ongoing, asking price looks high, around ₹12k-14k psf, but I'm worried about the 'actual' rate after PLC and other hidden charges.
