Everyone glorifies the fancy amenities – clubhouse, pool, gym – but will they actually be maintained and useful? Yaar, I've seen so many projects jahan brochure mein sab kuch hota hai but real life mein koi use nahi karta. I'll say what no one says: high-rise projects like this often feel soulless, not family-friendly. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just good on paper? matlab, community vibe kaisi hogi? I think the whole 'luxury living' promise often just means high maintenance with unusable facilities. Change my mind.
