Tribeca NBCC Iconic Towers: Is the premium worth it?

Tribeca NBCC Iconic Towers – I'm checking this out, thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. Price around 4.10 Cr feels hefty. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just great on paper? Are the amenities actually useful? What about schools and daily convenience nearby? Just want to know if the premium is really justified.
