Tribeca Sector 82A: Payment plan mein kya choose karein?

Visited Tribeca projects last weekend in Sector 82A. Looking for a 3BHK for my family. Builder is offering construction-linked (CLP) or 10:90 plans. EMI ka tension hai with CLP, but 10:90 mein interest cost high lag rahi hai. Which payment plan is smarter? Koi hidden catch toh nahi hota? Community, please share your experiences.
