Trilokpuri super area: Paying for ghosts?
Trilokpuri mein abhi do mahine pehle hi shift hua hu, Deepak Kumar ke project mein. Honestly, sab bolte hain negotiation karo, price kam karwao. But yaar, mera first-hand experience hai, super area ka jo game hai na, woh sab negotiation ko khaa jaata hai. Builder ne 1200 sqft dikhaya tha, but carpet area hardly 800 sqft nikla. Matlab, 40% difference? Yeh toh seedha-seedha dhokha hai. Everyone glorifies the 'deal' they got, but nobody talks about how builders actually inflate these numbers. Mera toh EMI bhi ussi inflated super area pe calculate ho raha hai. Broker bolte hain 'standard industry practice hai', but is it really? Ya hum sab chutiya ban rahe hain, paying for walls and common areas as if they're living space? Disagree? Tell me why.
