Trilokpuri's Metro promise is just builder hype
Visited a couple of 2BHKs in Trilokpuri last month. My own flat in Dwarka Sector 19, possession March mein hua tha, so I'm still settling in. Honestly, things nobody told me about Delhi property. Ab soch raha hoon, Metro Phase IV line ki wajah se Trilokpuri jaise areas mein appreciation kitna real hai? Ek 2BHK wahan ₹85L tak ja raha hai, which is still somewhat affordable for a second property. But UER-II ka impact bhi toh hoga. Log bol rahe hain Rohini aur Dwarka ke prices aur badhenge because of better connectivity. Kya UER-II ka completion timeline realistic hai, ya yeh sirf speculation hai? Investment ke liye kon sa area better hai near these upcoming infra corridors? Should I focus on Metro connectivity ya expressway access for better ROI in the long run?
