Trilokpuri's monsoon waterlogging is worse than brokers admit

Been looking for 8 months now for a 3BHK for my family. Trilokpuri's prices seem okay, but I've heard whispers about serious monsoon waterlogging. Is it really that bad, even with new infrastructure? What's the actual safety vibe for kids and my wife, especially near Trilokpuri Metro? Trying to confirm if these are deal-breakers. Any real experiences?
