Trinity High Street South Avenue mein construction quality investor ka ROI kha jayegi, I'm telling you. Just moved in last month. Log sirf brochure dekhte hain. Finishing work mein kaafi issues hain, cracks dikh rahe hain already kuch walls pe. Fittings ki quality bhi average hai. Ye sab rental yield aur future resale value pe direct impact karta hai. Maintenance bhi extra lagega. Koi aur investor hai jisko similar experience hua ho? Kya yeh normal hai Noida mein? What else should new investors really check before possession?

Yaar, ye sunke toh aur darr lag raha hai. Hum bhi first-time buyer hain aur Trinity High Street mein interest tha. Brochure mein toh sab gold plated lagta hai, but actual experience sunke lagta hai ki builder sirf selling tak hi interested rehte hain. Noida mein quality issues common hain kya sach mein?
