Trinity High Street South Avenue: Real home or just good specs?
My current 2BHK in Sector 75 feels a bit cramped now, aur main upgrade karne ka soch raha hoon. Already home loan chal raha hai, so this next move has to be worth the price jump. Trinity High Street South Avenue mein kuch options dekhe hain, completed project hai toh possession ka tension nahi. But I'm wondering, wahan ki amenities bas paper pe achhi hain ya actually useful bhi hain daily life ke liye? Pool, gym sab theek hai, but kids play area, community hall ka kya scene hai? Aur apartment layouts, carpet area efficiency kaisi hai? Some projects look big on paper but andar se chote lagte hain. Is it genuinely a good place to live, ya sirf investment ke liye sahi hai?
