Did a site visit to Trinity High Street South Avenue on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. The project looks decent, but I'm worried about the elevator situation. They have like 4-5 towers, but only 2-3 lifts per block. What's the real-world experience with these? Are they always breaking down, or super slow during peak hours? And what about maintenance response time? My parents keep saying these things become a nightmare later. Is it something I should really factor in, or am I overthinking? Hope someone can share their actual living experience there.
