Totally agree with you, bhai. Morpheus Developers ka track record in Ajayabpur bhi kuch khaas nahi hai. Mere relative ne wahan book kiya tha, 6 months late possession mila aur OC ke liye they made them run around for ages. It's like they deliberately hide things.
