Yaar, same pinch! Trinity High Street mein hi maine bhi socha tha ki commercial property se regular income aayegi. Lekin ye hidden charges, maintenance, property tax ke upar society charges, sab milake itna ho jaata hai ki profit margin negligible ho gaya hai. Ab lag raha hai ki sirf papers pe hi accha dikhta hai sab.
Sahi kaha bhai. Mera Alistonia Estate mein ek flat hai, wahan bhi RWA ne itne charges laga diye hain ki headache ho gaya hai. Builder
