Floor plans efficient hain ya just numbers game? Kya wahan proper security aur good schools within 2km hain? Builder reputation pe trust karna chahiye kya for Trinity? Ya Elkens jaisa ready project lena better hai, even if it's super budget? Confused hoon yaar.
