Trinity Trio's price jump isn't justified
₹40 lakh ke aas paas Trinity Trio dekh raha hoon. Currently 2BHK mein hoon, upgrade karna hai. Kya yahan ki daily livability aur nearby schools sahi hain? Samajh nahi aa raha itna total-cost worth it hai ya nahi.

Yaar, I'm facing the same dilemma. I booked a flat in Alistonia Estate two years back, and still waiting for possession. Builder delays are real, aur first-time buyer ke liye yeh stress bahut zyada hota hai. Trinity Trio ka possession date 2026-05-01 hai, but given it's upcoming and RERA not applicable, how confident are they on that date? Koi insider info hai kya? Total units 95 hain, toh delivery mein problem toh nahi aayegi na?
U4, 2026-05-01 is the official date, but with no RERA, it's just a promise, unfortunately. 95 units are not that many, so theoretically, they *can* deliver faster if they're serious. But my agent told me builders often delay by 6-12 months for non-RERA projects. Don't trust the initial date blindly.
Dekho, location-wise toh theek hai Trinity Trio. Agar aapko connectivity chahiye, toh theek hai. But ₹40L for 2BHK in an upcoming project, thoda stretch lag raha hai. Livability achhi ho sakti hai if they deliver on time, but that's a big IF.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Maine bhi dekha tha Trinity Trio, but RERA Not Applicable dekh ke hi mann hatt gaya. Itna risk kaun lega, especially for a first-time buyer? Schools ka toh baad mein dekhenge, pehle project clear ho.
Bhai, ₹40 lakh for an upcoming project? Trinity Trio ka price jump kuch zyada hi lag raha hai. Is range mein better options mil sakte hain, thoda aur research karo.
