Fed up of renting for years, I'm finally looking to invest in property in Delhi. Tripundra in New Delhi caught my eye, but I'm trying to get a real sense of its investment potential. Has the price actually moved much since launch, or is most of the capital appreciation already priced in? Also, how liquid is the resale market for a project like this? Can we expect a decent exit strategy in 5-7 years, or will it be tough to offload? What's the community's take on its long-term wealth creation potential? Should I consider it for a serious investment?

Bhai, Tripundra toh location wise bahut solid lag raha hai! I heard good things about the amenities. Iska RERA number kya hai, pata hai kisi ko? Checking online but not finding it quickly.
RERA number toh theek hai, but usse kya? Possession date May 2026 hai. Kya builder time pe deliver karega, that's the real question. DLRERA cases
Haan bhai, Tripundra ka RERA number hai DLRERA2022P0007. Maine check kiya tha.
Yaar, Tripundra ki hype toh bahut hai, no doubt. But 5.1 Cr se 7.3 Cr tak ka price range for a first-time buyer? Mujhe toh lagta hai capital appreciation already priced in hai. Delhi mein itne high-end projects ka resale market utna liquid nahi hota jitna log sochte hain. Kya guarantee hai 5-7 saal mein ache buyer mil jayenge?
Builder reputation? Bhai, builders ka track record toh sabko pata hai. Hype pe mat jaao. Risk bahut hai.
Achhe buyers mil jaate hain agar location aur project quality sahi ho. Plus, Delhi mein premium properties ki demand rehti hai. It's not a 'guarantee' but a calculated risk, like any investment.
Sahi keh rahe ho. High-end properties mein liquidity issue hota hi hai. Anand Niketan mein bhi same haal hai, log fas jaate hain.
