Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta: My 3-month reality check
Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta mein construction quality ka kya haal hai? Just moved in last month, aur abhi se itni problems shuru ho gayi hain. Floor mein hairline cracks dikh rahe hain already, aur bathroom fittings bhi loose ho rahe hain, ek jagah halka seepage bhi dikha. Builder ne toh bahut badi badi baatein ki thi quality ki, but ground reality toh bilkul alag hai. Honestly not sure what to do. Maintenance charges bhi bahut high hain, ₹5.5K for my 2BHK, but service ke naam pe zero lag raha hai. Lift kabhi kaam nahi karti, aur security guards bhi bas naam ke hain. Kya sab societies mein aisa hi hota hai Bangalore mein? Koi solution hai iska ya hum फस gaye hain?

This is why first-time buyers like us are so scared to invest. Developers promise the moon but deliver dirt. With the current Bangalore market being so hot, they think they can get away with anything, and we're left with the mess.
U5, you hit the nail on the head. Bangalore real estate is booming, but quality control is definitely going down. Builders are rushing projects to meet demand, compromising on basics. This is a huge financial risk for budget-conscious buyers like us.
Exactly! Hum middle class logon ka hard-earned paisa waste ho jaata hai aise projects mein.
₹5.5K maintenance for a 2BHK is insane if services are bad. Total rip-off! Builders just want to mint money, no actual service.
Oh no, that's terrible! Which block/floor are you in? I also visited Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta and the sales team was very pushy. The price range ₹55 L – ₹80 L seemed okay for a 2BHK, but for this quality? And it's still ONGOING, possession date 2027-02-01. Is it too late for others to back out from this project if they've already booked?
U9, extensions are indeed common in Bangalore, but quality issues this early for an ONGOING project with a 2027-02-01 possession date are a major red flag. It indicates poor planning and execution from the start. For those who booked, check your agreement's penalty clauses.
U3, you're absolutely right about the ongoing status. 2027-02-01 is still quite far. What if they keep extending the possession date with these quality issues looming? And for 100 units, this kind of negative feedback is extremely worrying, especially since it's a huge investment for first-time buyers like us.
U3, I think it's C block mostly. My cousin was looking there too, but she backed out after seeing some red flags during her site visits. Good decision by her, it seems.
Bhai, ye toh common problem hai Bangalore mein. Mere dost ne bhi ek project mein liya tha near Akshayanagar, same issues with loose fittings and cracks within months. Hairline cracks are just the beginning, be prepared.
OMG, this is exactly what I feared! I was considering Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta. Builder ne toh bade sapne dikhaye the, but yeh post dekh ke toh darr lag raha hai.
Totally agree. Builder reviews check karna bahut zaroori hai, especially for first-time buyers like us.
U1, same here! I heard about Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta from a friend who lives in Aavalahalli and they specifically warned me about quality issues. Good thing I held off and waited for more reviews.
