Delhi mein real estate prices waise bhi peak par hain, especially in well-established areas like where Triveni is located. Community feel toh theek hai, but builder ka track record bhi dekhna chahiye. Kaafi projects mein delays ki complaints aayi hain. Yeh Triveni Apartments ka construction quality kaisa hai, koi bata sakta hai? Elderly parents ke liye quality bahut matter karti hai.
Parking toh problem hai but Triveni mein manage ho jaata hai. Vibe toh super hai. Mere dost Alaknanda mein rehte hain, wahan se better hai in terms of community.
