Totally agree with the OP, yaar! Builders only show those glossy brochures with infinity pools and clubhouses. But jab actual mein shift karte ho, tab pata chalta hai ki nearest grocery store 2 km door hai aur school ke liye 45 min lagte hain. Trivor Urbania City ka bhi wahi scene lag raha hai. I'm more worried about basic necessities and maintenance costs than a fancy gym I'll use once a month. My friend bought in a similar project near Alpha I Greater Noida, and now he regrets it because daily commute is a nightmare.
