Trivor Urbania ki construction quality kaisi hai?

Is Trivor Urbania's construction quality actually good after a year? I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but buying for myself is different. We're looking at a 3BHK there, but I'm worried about the usual issues – cracks, seepage, ya fittings ka problem. Brochure mein sab kuch perfect lagta hai, but real-world experience kya hai? Also, maintenance charges ke against service quality kaisi hai? Owners, please share your honest feedback. Is it worth the premium?
