Totally feel you! Trivor Urbania ka brochure toh international resort jaisa lagta hai, but ground reality ka darr toh rehta hi hai. Especially club house aur swimming pool, wohi sabse pehle neglect hote hain. I saw their site near Alpha II, construction seemed okay but amenities were far from done.
Sahi baat hai! Club house aur gym toh bas dikhawe ke liye hote hain, maintenance phir koi nahi karta. It's just for show, not for use.
