Trivor Urbania's resale market needs a reality check.
Was supposed to decide by last month but I'm still figuring out this 3BHK upgrade. Trivor Urbania is completed, which is a plus. My main concern is resale liquidity. Does anyone know how active the secondary market is there? Also, what's the investor vs end-user ratio like? Don't want a ghost society affecting capital appreciation.

Bhai, liquidity ka concern toh real hai. Trivor Urbania jaisi projects mein, agar end-users kam hain toh resale mushkil ho jaati hai
